After a chilly frosty start to the day the weather turned out fine with lots of clear blue sky (forecast to be nice and sunny all week). Cpt Chevy located a few sperm whales around 5 miles offshore today. Sea conditions were good with a slight swell running from the south. We were also fortunate to view nz fur seals and various seas birds on our tours. No sign of dusky dolphins inshore today, must be feeding further to the south. Todays photo is one taken some time ago - looks a bit like a sperm whale...
