Out at sea today...

Thursday 24th July 2014

After a few days of being unable to get out to sea due to stormy weather we woke up to a beutiful winters day in Kaikoura with calm seas, blue skies and spectacular views of the Kaikoura ranges. We located 3-4 sperm whales close inshore along with sightings of NZ fur seals and marine birds along the way. Today's pic was taken on our 10am tour of Tiaki who is a semi-resident sperm whale.
