Kaikoura - Marine Life Mecca

Every now and then I am fortunate enough to be able to get out from behind my desk and head out to see whale watching. Yesterday was one such occasion. I was reminded during my time out there how much I love my job and just how blessed we are with the abundance of marine life we have off the Kaikoura coastline.

On our tour yesterday we saw sperm whales, dusky dolphins, NZ fur seals and marine birds. Here are a few pictures I managed to capture while I wasn't busy being excited with the 48 other passengers on board.
