I booked by phone from Germany 6 months in advance and was served by Elaine. She gave me excellent advice and when we arrived our experience of Whale Watching was EXCEPTIONAL in every way. Manu was an amazing guide very fun, educational and kind. A great representative of NZ and your company. We enjoyed a fabulous cruise - saw whales, dolphins and seals and ate a delicious meal afterwards at the Flukes Cafe. Well done, keep up the excellent work. A fan!
